2. What Divy is

Divy is a free diving app, currently in beta, to check sea conditions at each dive site, log your dives and share them with your friends.

3. Use and liability

Divy’s conditions are guidance built from public models and data and from other divers’ reports. They are not a safety guarantee: decide each dive with your training, your dive centre and official warnings. As a beta, there may be bugs or service interruptions.

4. Intellectual property

The Divy brand, design, texts and icons belong to its owner. Forecast data comes from public sources (Copernicus Marine, the German weather service DWD, NOAA, Open-Meteo and others), each under its own licence. What you post on Divy remains yours.

5. Privacy

How your data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law.
